Congratulations to Navia Garcia

Our 2024 Scott Campitelli Memorial Scholarship awardee has a passion for sound.

We are thrilled to announce that Navia Garcia, a graduate of Williamstown Middle High School, has been awarded the 2024 Scott Campitelli Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to students with a commitment to community, a love of story, and a strong belief that all communities need to have access to accurate and unfiltered information.

Navia plans to attend Emerson College in the fall to pursue a major in Cinema/Film. She shares, “My original focus in filmmaking was cinematography but after two years of classes, I fell in love with sound design.”

Congratulations to Navia Garcia on this well-deserved recognition. We eagerly anticipate her contributions to the world of cinema in the future.
